I noticed that split J jersey was listed at least 3 or 4 times. Along with a couple others. This is a fucked up situation.

Pete you are not going to get rid of Tyler and Crystal until this whole situation is completely fixed or until everybody who is owed agrees to say fuck them ban em? Just a thought because if you ban both of them or probably either of them nobody is going to get their stuff that they're owed or their money back.

looks like some of his future endeavors are going to be "defendant"

when i file federal criminal and civil charges i'm filing for the fair market vaalue of the items i bought plus ;awyer fees etc. not what i paid hell the one jersey alone was purchased 2 different times at over 2 grand

i called crystal and told her to have tyty call me if i don't hear from him tomorrow he should be getting papers soon after that

so if anyone wants to file with me we will probably need 2000+ plus for a federal lawyer i've talked to a couple we can probably file without one at first but when we go to court we will definitely need one

so my suit alone in criminal is fraud conspiracy mail tampering (when he gave me a dc number and then my dc number ended up at kev-buc's) and whatever else the lawyers come up with
the civil case is over 10,000 plus lawyer fees (it's really hard to replace one of a kind items)
here's how it breaks down
collage 2250+
j split 800+
lotus set 7 jerseys 3500+
corp jersey 300+
soopa villians jersey 1000+
crew shirts 500+
and those are just estimates so it may be around 8500-10000
so we'll see how things turn out
and i've won similar cases and received fair market value of the items and not what i paid so it can be done
kind of odd that one of the last people tyler owes has actually been in multiple lawsuits and won almost all of them (i even sued my county my neighboring county a whole police force a sheriff a city council a mayor a township and norfolk southern railroad)

the detective handling the case just called me for some reason, to talk about some things. he thought i was cdtodd haha...according to det. waddell. hes pissed. apparently the packages and reciepts that tyler brought the detective were empty boxes and envelopes with the wrong addys on them... the detective just told me that hes "VERY PISSED. AND TYLER IS ALL HIS NOW.." he also told me that hes been suggesting that everybody sue him alll together as a group and that he would be more than happy to help wit the case.. but apperantly people are more happy with calling his mom and waiting around for 3 years..
