Jacked from another forum I visit.
http://www.wrestling-tv.net/forumz/showt...post163836

TNA Impact is live from Orlando, Florida for their second live Monday show, this time being the first on their new weekly Monday schedule.

The only match confirmed for the show is the TNA in-ring debut of Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair, as they face off in a tag match pitting Hogan & Abyss vs. Flair & AJ Styles. Another rumored match for the show is Scott Hall & Sean Waltman vs. Kevin Nash & Eric Young. Read more on that here.

Also confirmed for Monday's Impact is the TNA return of Sting. TNA president Dixie Carter confirmed the return of Sting on her Twitter account. And finally, Spike TV let the cat out of the bag by announcing the TNA debut of Rob Van Dam, also scheduled for this Monday's live show.

Lol if TNA wants to succeed they gotta do a better job of promoting their LIVE show ... Im sorry but if im a casual fan I need to know more than Hogan/Abyss vs Flair/Styles, hall/Waltman vs Nash/Young, and a appearance by Sting ... Im sorry i need more than that to commit to watch that show if i was a casual wrestling fan ..

If you were a "casual fan" you'd watch no matter what because there's nothing that's going to be a huge draw to you anyway.

Not necessarily ... TNA should make people afraid to miss their show like their life has no meaning unless they watch this weeks show ... Thats whats wrong with todays wrestling ... There's not enough reason to watch anymore ... Its the same old stuff whether its recycled storylines or recycled feuds ... They only thing on Raw that interests me is where wwe plans on taking this orton-legacy storyline .... I personally see rhodes turning on dibiase ...

A casual viewer isn't going to have that "If I don't watch this then life has no purpose" feeling about it no matter what the draw is. They also wouldn't know what story lines or feuds were rehashed or fresh as they aren't watching week to week or long time fans. I think you're misusing the term "casual viewer". Casual to me is the guy that flips thru channels and maybe a cpl times a year stops on a wrestling program with nothing more in mind than killing a few minutes until something better comes on. They aren't going to know shit from shine. They may know the bigger names but they wouldn't know Punk from Miz.

Yes i guess casual viewer isnt the right word to use, I mean the viewer who's not sure enough to give TNA a chance due to them 1) prob not knowing they exist, 2) Havent watched wrestling since WCW's demise or 3) People who are turned off by WWE's lack of enjoyable programing ..

Are you hitting on me?

FAG!

Anyways yeah I understand what you're saying. More of just a lack of anyone else interested in this atm online. I'm sure others will chime in eventually. Spinner/Rennips will probably be elated and end up being all "THIS WILL BE THE BEST iMPACT! EVER!!??!" and others will say how "everyone on that card is old enough to collect social security aside from 2 guys." and a few more back and forth comments here and there some riding the fence and it'll die in a couple days or so. Such is the life of a thread around here unless it involves nudes, jokes about me being a faggot, noob hate, or random "I hate so n so" thread.
"Inside" jokes filter FTW

The problem is nowadays, you don't have to watch it every week and you can still know whats happening. IMO they (WWE) have to many PPV's and its always the same select few running the card....I don't need to watch John Cena vs. Randy Orton at a PPV when I've seen them go at it 5 times before said PPV. The old days it was just RAW is WAR, so you knew monday's your ass better be at the TV. There was no internet to keep you up to date every time HHH shaves or 3 other WWE related shows to update you what happened 5 minutes ago.
